What we collect

Only what the diagnostic needs.

When you submit the intake form, we collect your name, work email, company name, the domain you submit, three competitor domains, and any GTM concern you choose to share.

When the engine runs, we pull publicly available signals about the domain you provided: search visibility, AI model mentions, tech stack, review aggregates, public job postings, press coverage. We never access anything behind a login or paywall.

How we use it

To run the diagnostic, deliver it, and benchmark it.

We use your email to schedule the consultation and deliver the report. We use the domain and competitor data to run the analysis. We retain the public-signal output the engine produces about your domain so we can compute category benchmarks: median Pressure Reading, most-adopted tools, AI Share leaders, and similar cohort-level statistics. Those benchmarks appear in your own report (your score vs. category median) and may be published in standalone category reports.

Published benchmarks and category reports never identify individual companies. We don't use your data to train AI models, sell it to advertisers, or share contact details with anyone who isn't directly involved in delivering the diagnostic to you.

How long we keep it

Two horizons.

Your intake submission, the rendered report PDF, and your contact details are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable follow-up window for support.

The public-signal benchmark output the engine generates about your domain (dimension scores, AI Share data, tech-stack adoption, hiring motion, and similar engine-derived signals) is retained longer so it can contribute to category-level statistics. In any published output, that data appears only in aggregate form and is never tied to your company name. You can request deletion of any of this at any time and we'll handle it within five business days.

Third parties

The infrastructure we run on.

Postgres (Supabase) for storage, Resend for transactional email, and the LLM providers powering the AI Share of Model measurement (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Each operates under their own privacy policy. We don't sell your data to any of them, and they only see what's needed to fulfill their narrow function.

For the site itself, we use Google Analytics (traffic measurement) and HubSpot and Apollo.io (identifying companies visiting the site so our sales team can follow up). How each responds to your cookie choice is described below.

Cookies

Nothing identifying loads until you choose.

Analytics cookies run on Google's Consent Mode: by default they send only anonymous, cookieless signals — enough to measure aggregate traffic, nothing that identifies you. Accepting switches them to full cookies. Sales-intelligence cookies have no anonymous mode, so they don't run at all until you accept. Reject and only strictly necessary cookies remain: the internal operator console at /internal sets a single session cookie used only by our team, unrelated to the above.

You can change your choice anytime: .

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Contact us and we'll handle it within five business days.
